At Rinessa, we recommend exemplary care for your fine dresses and outfits to preserve the timeless allure and impeccable quality of your treasured garments.
care
Traditional ethnic garments, epitomise timeless elegance and refined style. It is advisable not to spray perfume, hairspray, or other cosmetic products directly onto these pieces. Certain fabrics—such as silk, lawn cotton, viscose organza, and chiffon, among other textiles crafted from natural fibres—are inherently delicate.
As the neckline, sleeves, hem borders, trouser borders, and dupattas are adorned with intricate stitching and a variety of embellishments fashioned from diverse materials, please take extra care to avoid damaging them by means of jewellery (for example, when carefully donning and removing accessories such as necklaces, pendants, brooches, and bangles), handbags, or through improper handling such as pulling or tugging on the fabric.
To preserve colours, avoid exposing your garments to direct sunlight for extended periods and refrain from exposing them to prolonged humidity. Ensure that your garments are sufficiently spaced to allow proper airflow and to reduce dust accumulation, and store them in a cool, well-ventilated area.
We strongly advise that dresses adorned with sequins and zari, silk thread-embroidered outfits, and garments featuring delicate embellishments be hung separately to prevent scratching or entanglement with other items, and that suit covers are used where appropriate. Avoid using naphthalene; however, should you choose to use it, ensure that it does not come into direct contact with your clothing.
It is essential to read and adhere to the recommended care instructions on our labels, and we consistently advise “DRY CLEAN ONLY.” Do not soak the outfit. Avoid exposing the fabric to strong sunlight. Should your garment become stained, do not attempt to remove the stain with cleaning products, bleach, or stain removers; instead, take it to a professiona cleaning service as promptly as possible and inform them of the nature of the stain.
Once dry cleaned, remove the item from its plastic cover and allow it to air thoroughly before storing. If gentle ironing on a very low heat setting is necessary, please lay a thick white towel on the ironing board and use a press cloth between the iron and the lace. Do not iron directly over any embroidery, sequins, zari, or other embellishments.
Your garment will inevitably change over time, depending on how frequently
it is worn and the care it receives. In keeping with our commitment to high fashion, we utilise only the finest fabrics suited to the specific type of outfit, season, and occasion, ensuring that every piece is crafted exclusively from natural fibres.
Each garment is enhanced with matching or contrasting embellishments and threads, delivering a long-lasting aesthetic that is perfect for various occasions, festive events, evenings out, or as an essential element of your wardrobe.
