Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively for a select pin codes within India. A 10% non-refundable advance is applicable on all COD orders. Kindly note, international orders are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
If your card is issued in India, all payments on rinessa.com are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international cards, charges will still be made in INR, but your card provider may apply its own foreign exchange rates and fees. We recommend contacting your card issuer for more information regarding international transactions and conversion charges.
All our prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order. For orders paid with international credit cards, additional fees may apply. Please check with your credit card provider before submitting your order.
At RINESSA, your security is paramount. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted PCI DSS–compliant payment partner. Payment details are encrypted using SSL technology, and we do not store any card information.
We implement advanced fraud detection measures and may hold or verify orders if required. Should you suspect any compromise of your card details, we recommend contacting your bank immediately.
RINESSA does not store any credit or debit card information. We may flag, hold, or cancel orders that trigger security concerns or potential fraud indicators. If your order is flagged, we may request additional verification (such as ID proof or OTP confirmation) before processing.

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and text message with your order details. If your payment is unsuccessful, please check whether,
that your card details were entered correctly, there are sufficient funds in your account or whether your bank’s fraud protection measures may have blocked the transaction.

If a payment has been debited from your account but you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check the following:
Whether the amount has been auto-refunded by Razorpay (most failed transactions are refunded within 24–48 hours). If the refund has not been processed automatically, please contact us at clientcare@rinessa.com with the transaction ID, order details and screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank and service provider, but typically, automatic refunds for failed payments are processed within 5–7 business days. All other refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
